Manufactured by F Dick, this Hand Brine Pump is built for professionals and is an efficient brine injector that is perfect for use by butchers and chefs. The hand pump contains a tube and filters that enable you to pull brine from a separate container whilst injecting bring into your meat or poultry.
This pump allows for the continuous injection of cure or brine that requires no stopping time to refill so makes it a more efficient solution for regular injection of cures or brines.
