From the rich, smokey BBQ flavour to the delicate, sweet mint marinade, there’s sure to be something your customers will love. Our Garlic & Herb flavour is a subtle blend of garlic, infused into a herb and butter flavour.

Instructions:

• For the best results add 60g of marinade to 600g of your chosen raw meat or poultry (or 10% of the weight of your meat)
• Sprinkle the marinade over your meat or poultry to ensure an even coating all over
• Leave to marinate for about 10 minutes in the fridge
• Bake, Barbecue or Grill until the meat or poultry is cooked thoroughly. Oven cook at 180°C
