Gluten-Free Burger Mix
Our Gluten-Free Burger Mix is a great way to make tasty burgers every time with a very low usage rate.
Features:
- 340g per sachet
- Pre-mix of seasoning and rusk
- Gluten-free
- 7.5% usage rate
Instructions:
Mincer
- Mince the meats through a coarse plate; place in mixing bowl
- Add the seasoning mix
- Gradually add water and mix in until absorbed and a suitable texture is formed.
- Re-mince through a 5mm plate, if desired
Bowl Chopper
- Mince the meats through a 5mm plate and place in bowl cutter
- On slow speed, sprinkle on burger mix chop until dispersed
- On slow speed, add the water/ice and chop until desired texture is obtained
Things to Note:
- Mincing the meat through a coarser plate will result in a coarser textured burger
