Our new gluten-free rusk is a dried off white gluten-free crumb derived from rice flour. With a neutral aroma and flavour, it is a great alternative to bread rusk.
Perfect for those with a gluten allergy who still want great tasting Products.
We would advise increasing the mixing time whilst using the gluten-free rusk.

Hydration Ratio: 1 part rusk to 2 parts water.
Ingredients: Rice Flour, Water, Dextrose Monohydrate, Vegetable Fibre, Salt, Glycerol Monostearate E471
Allergens: Maize and Maize Derivatives (Dextrose derived from Maize), Additives (Anti-Caking Agent E535 in Salt, Glycerol Monostearate E471 (derived from Palm Oil)
