Honeyroast Pork Tinted Sausage Seasoning – 15kg Tub
Our Honeyroast Pork Tinted Seasoning is a pale coloured seasoning that is mostly sweet but has spice with a little heat. It contains a phenomenal blend of mace, pepper, ginger and cayenne with sweet notes. With instructions provided below, this seasoning is ready to provide you with a fantastic tasting sausage.

Instructions:
Mixer
- Mince the meat and place in a mixing bowl
- Add seasoning and mix well to evenly distribute
- Add rusk and mix to evenly distribute
- Gradually add iced cold water and mix
- Re-mince through a 5 or 8mm plate to achieve your desired texture
- Note: Mincing the meat through a coarser plate will result in a coarser textured sausage. Temperature after processing should not exceed 5o You can use different sizes of rusk to control the final texture of the product.
Bowl Chopper
- Dice the meat and put into the bowl cutter
- On a slow speed, sprinkle on seasoning and chop until it has dispersed
- Gradually add half of the iced cold water and chop until absorbed (if you’re looking to create a finer textured sausage, you can complete this step on a high speed)
- On a slow speed add the rusk and the remainder of the water. Chop until the desired texture has been achieved
Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Dextrose, Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Stabiliser (E451), Flavourings, Preservative (E221), Honey Powder, Antioxidant (E300), Anticaking Agent (E551), Colour (E120)
