Kofta Kebab and Burger Mix - 2.5kg

A versatile, easy to use and tasty burger and grill stick complete mix, with subtle notes of garlic and herb. This mix is supplied in a re-sealable 2.5g tub allowing you to use little and often but keeping the product fresher for longer.

Features:

• Minimum preparation of only 15 minutes
• No artificial colours and flavours
• No hydrogenated vegetable fat
• Suitable for vegetarians
• Approx 25 x 100g portions per 2.5kg tub

Instructions:

• Place your chosen meat or poultry in a bowl
• Add 100g of Kofta Kebab and Burger Mix, if required add 150mls of cold water per 1 kilo of minced meat or poultry
• Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and re-mince if required
• Form into desired shape

Ingredients: Rusk (WHEAT Flour (Contains: Calcium, Iron, Niacin and Thiamin), Salt), Maize Starch, Salt, Flavour (Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (SOYA, Maize, Colour (E150d), Salt, Maltodextrin, Flavour Enhancer (E621)), Ground White Pepper, Garlic Powder, Ground Cumin, Onion Powder, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Sodium Metabisulphite (SULPHITE), Ground Coriander, Dried Rubbed Mint, Ground Oregano, Chilli Powder, Dried Rubbed Parsley, Rapeseed Oil, Ground Cinnamon.
