Our Lamb Burger Mix has a distinctive flavour of herbs and spices to compliment lamb mince and a lovely fragrance. Our burger mix can also be used for making perfect meatballs or combined with our natural or collagen casings to make tasty sausages!

- Pre-mix of seasoning and rusk
- For every 454g of mix, 10lb of burger is produced
Instructions:
- Coarse mince meats
- Mix meat, burger mix and water thoroughly
- Form burgers on a suit
Ingredients: Rusk (Wheat Flour, Salt, Rising Agent E503) Salt, Caster Sugar, Herbs and Herb Extract, Spice and Spice Extract, Wheat Flour, Dehydrated Onion, Preservative E223 (Sodium Metabisulphite), Antioxidant E301.
Allergens: Gluten, Wheat, Sulphites
