Lincolnshire Pork Plain Sausage Seasoning (227g)
Our Lincolnshire Pork Plain Seasoning creates the perfect family-favourite sausage with its classic taste. You can fill your meat into our natural hog casings and link as desired.
Features:
- 2.5% usage rate
- 227g per sachet
- For every 227g of seasoning, 20lb of sausage is produced
- Suitable for vegetarians and vegans
Instructions:
Mixer
- Mince the meat and place in a mixing bowl
- Add the seasoning and mix well
- Add the rusk and re-mix
- Gradually add the iced cold water and mix again
- Re-mince through a 5 or 8mm plate to achieve your desired texture
Bowl Chopper
- Dice the meat and put into the bowl cutter
- On a slow speed, sprinkle the seasoning and chop until it has dispersed
- Gradually add half of the iced cold water and chop until absorbed (if you’re looking to create a finer textured sausage, you can complete this step on a high speed)
- On a slow speed add the rusk and the remainder of the water. Chop until the desired texture has been achieved
Please Note: Temperature after processing should not exceed 5oC.
Ingredients: Salt, Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Herb Blend (Basil, Sage, Thyme, Flavouring), Stabiliser (E451(i)), Spice (White Pepper), Preservative (E221), Sunflower Oil, Herb (Sage), Flavouring, Antioxidant (E392).
Allergens: Gluten (Wheat Flour), Sulphites (Preservative (E221))
