Our Lincolnshire Sausage Mix is a traditional mix of sage, herbs, and spices to create the classic family-favourite.

- For every 568g of mix, 10lb of sausage is produced
Ingredients: Rusk (Wheat Flour, Salt) Salt, Spices, Herbs, Wheat Flour, Preservative E223 (Sodium Metabisulphite), Acidity Regulator E301.

Great stuff, used 100g of in per 1kg of pork mince and hand made with press, along with the discs too, and all done whilst on holiday to get some proper nice burgers for the bbq
