Lucas Cracked Black Pepper Sausage Mix
Ideal with beef, pork, chicken & lamb!
Blend of seasoning and rusk with a visual cracked black pepper.
- 567g sachet
- Will make 10lbs of sausage
- Pre-mix of seasoning and rusk
Method – Using a Mixer or by Hand
1. Mince the meat and place in mixer.
2. Add sausage mix and mix well, to evenly distribute.
3. Gradually add water and mix in until absorbed.
4. Re-mince through a 5mm or 8mm plate to achieve the desired texture.
- Mincing the meat through a coarser plate will result in a coarser textured sausage.
- Temperature after processing should not exceed 5c.
Ingredients: Bread Rusk (Wheat flour, Yeast, Salt), Salt, Spices (includes Cracked Black Pepper 3.50%), Dried Onion, Potato Starch, Sunflower Oil, Stabilisers (E450 (i), E450 (iii)), Sugar, Yeast Extract (Salt), Preservative (E223), Dextrose, Antioxidant (E300).
