Pork and Apple Sausage Mix
Our Pork and Apple Sausage Mix is light sausage mix with great visuals of apple pieces giving a sweet apple flavour.
Features:
- 567g per sachet
- Each 567g sachet produces 10lbs of sausage
Instructions:
- Mince the meat twice and place in mixer
- Add sausage mix and mix well, to evenly distribute, until the mix is sticky
- Gradually add water and mix in until absorbed
- Fill out the sausage meat into the required size skins
- Note: Mincing the meat through a coarser plate will result in a coarser textured sausage. Temperature after processing should not exceed 5c.
Ingredients: Bread Rusk (Prepared From Wheat flour, Salt, Yeast), Salt, Dehydrated Apple, Dried Apple, Sugar, Sunflower Oil, Stabilisers (E450 (i), E450 (iii), Potato Starch, Flavourings, Spice, Preservative (E223), Yeast Extract, Acid (E296), Antioxidant (E300).
Allergens: Wheat, Gluten, Sulphites
