Our Manual Clipper Machine has been designed to ensure a simple and efficient operating process for various applications, such as supermarkets, bakeries, wineries, meat processing plants and food factories to seal all kinds of sausage casings, as well as mesh fruit bags and many more.

This Manual Clipper Machine is made of A304 fine steel with a chrome finish ensuring durability. This machine has superb clipping capabilities thanks to the stable upper and lower dies, and wear-resistant springs. The stop screw can also control the degree of tightness for the clips, resulting in excellent sealing.

This is a manually operated machine that allows you to efficiently seal by operating the solid handle; the operation of this machine is completely flexible and smooth.

The Manual Clipper Machine features a special track that can bear 200 buckles. It’s easy to use – all you have to do is take off the gravity hammer, put the buckles into the chute, and put the gravity hammer back. Although the machine only weighs 13kg, it has a thickened steel base to ensure stability when in use.

Size 503 and size 506 clips are available to purchase separately.
