A sweet, savoury Oriental glaze, with a distinctive aniseed aroma and flavour.

The Juices from the meat will be drawn out by the dry glaze making your chosen meat extra tasty with a sauce like appearance.

• No hydrogenated vegetable fat

Directions of Use: Take approximately 100g of your chosen dry marinade to every 1Kg of meat Product. Simply put the 100g of marinade over your chosen meat in a re-sealable bag or suitable container and shake to coat. Ensure that the whole of the Product is well covered.

Storage: If stored correctly (at an ambient temperature), this product will have a one-month minimum shelf life once opened, but can last upwards of 8 months based on appropriate handling and storage.

Ingredients: Sugar, Wheat Flour, Dextrose, Salt, Flavour (Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (SOYA, Maize, Colour (E150d), Salt, Maltodextrin, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Tomato Powder, Colour (E162), Beetroot Juice, Maltodextrin, Citric Acid, Ground Five Spice, Onion Powder, Modified Maize Starch, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Thickener, Ground Star Anise, Garlic Powder, Rapeseed Oil, Colour (Caramel Powder), Paprika Extract, Colour (Carmine).
