Middletons Tandoori Glaze

An authentic spicy, medium-hot glaze with a combination of masala spices to give a rounded tandoori flavour.

The juices from the meat will be drawn out by the dry glaze making your chosen meat extra tasty with a sauce like appearance.

• Minimum preparation of only 15 minutes
• No artificial colours and flavours
• No hydrogenated vegetable fat

Directions of Use: Take approximately 100g of your chosen dry marinade to every 1Kg of meat product. Simply put the 100g of the marinade over your chosen meat in a re-sealable bag or suitable container and shake to coat. Ensure that the whole of the product is well covered.

Storage: If stored correctly (at an ambient temperature), this product will have a one-month minimum shelf life once opened, but can last upwards of 8 months based on appropriate handling and storage.

Ingredients: Sugar, Salt, Maize Starch, Dextrose, Ground Coriander, Tandoori Blend (Ground Coriander, Ground Cumin, Ground Paprika, Chilli Powder, Ground Cassia, Ground Cloves, Salt, Garlic Powder), Colour ((E162), Beetroot Juice, Maltodextrin, Citric Acid), Ground Cumin, Modified Maize Starch, Onion Powder, Chilli Powder, Citric Acid, Garlic Powder, Paprika Extract, Thickener (Guar Gum), Ground Cinnamon, Ground Turmeric, Anti Caking Agent, (Silicon Dioxide), Colour (Carmine), Flavouring.
