Our Authentic Thai Glaze is an intense combination of aromatic flavours, lemongrass, ginger and coriander combined to create the most authentic tasting Thai Curry Flavoured Glaze. Ideal with diced chicken breast over a bed of rice.

Directions of Use: Take approximately 100g of your chosen dry marinade to every 1Kg of meat product. Simply put the 100g of the marinade over your chosen meat in a re-sealable bag or suitable container and shake to coat. Ensure that the whole of the product is well covered.
Storage: If stored correctly (at an ambient temperature), this product will have a one-month minimum shelf life once opened, but can last upwards of 8 months based on appropriate handling and storage.
