Mississippi Burger Mix
Our Mississippi Burger Mix is a blend of high-quality dry seasonings and rusk to make the perfect delicious burgers. Our Burger Mix can also be used for making perfect meatballs or combined with our natural or collagen casings to make tasty sausages.
Features:
- This mix will make 13lbs of burgers which is approx. 50 quarter pounder burgers
- Pre-mix of seasoning and rusk
- Supplied vacuum-sealed in a 5-layer oxygen-permeable food grade vacuum pouch
Instructions:
- Coarse mince meats
- Mix meat, burger mix and water thoroughly
- Form burgers on a suitable machine
Ingredients: Rusk (Wheat Flour, Salt), Dehydrated Peppers, Sugar, Spices, Smoke Flavouring, Dehydrated Tomato, Preservative E223 (Sodium Metabisulphite), Dehydrated Garlic, Antioxidant E301.
Allergens: Wheat, Gluten, Sulphites
