MRC Firecracker Glaze does exactly what it says on the tin and creates a true firecracker of a flavour. With red chilli’s and cayenne, this flavour sure has a real kick.

Directions of Use: Rub glaze into your meat thoroughly and leave to marinate for a minimum of 15 minutes before cooking. Use at 8-10% and oven bake, BBQ, grill or stir fry. Cook thoroughly before consumption. 

Ingredients: Sugar, Spices (Smoked Paprika, Black Pepper, Cracked Red Chilli (3%), Cayenne (3%), Cumin), Maltodextrin, Salt, Starch, Dried Onion, Dried Garlic, Dried Red Bell Pepper, Acids (Citric Acid, Malic Acid), Dried Tomato, Colours (Beetroot Red, Paprika Extract), Natural Flavouring, Garlic Extract.
