MRC’s fiery Mexican Chilli Glaze is a mix of smoked paprika, coriander, tomato and hot cayenne chilli’s to create the ultimate tantalising flavour.

Directions of Use: Rub glaze into your meat thoroughly and leave to marinate for a minimum of 15 minutes before cooking. Use at 8-10% and oven bake, BBQ, grill or stir fry. Cook thoroughly before consumption.
Ingredients: Sugar, Maltodextrin, Spices (Cumin, Coriander (2%), Paprika, Cayenne, Black Pepper), Dried Tomato (8%), Salt, Dried Garlic, Dried Onion, Modified Starch, Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Salt), Acid (Citric Acid), Thickener (Guar Gum), Colours (Paprika Extract, Carmine), Natural Flavourings, Dried Oregano.
