Filled with our favourite Oriental flavours; ginger, chilli, cinnamon, clove, salt and black pepper, this MRC glaze Is the ultimate blend of ingredients to create a mouth-watering result.

Directions of Use: Rub glaze into your meat thoroughly and leave to marinate for a minimum of 15 minutes before cooking. Use at 6% and oven bake, BBQ, grill or stir fry. Cook thoroughly before consumption.
Ingredients: Sugar, Maltodextrin, Salt (15%), Spices (Black Pepper (6.4%), Ginger (2.5%), Cracked Red Chilli, Fennel Seed, Star Anise, Cinnamon, Clove), Starch, Dried Onion, Dried Garlic, Vegetable Fat Powder (Palm Oil, Lactose (Milk), Milk Protein), Colours (Plain Caramel, Curcumin, Paprika Extract), Dried Parsley.

Love this spice and use it with all kinds of foods. Started using it on chicken for Chinese stir fries, used it on fish, prawns, veggies when roasting and recently when making salt and pepper wedges and chips.
Have given small bags to friends and neighbours and had fab feedback, so much so that I no longer advise anyone when I buy a new tub as I want to keep it all to myself!! 😜
