MRC’s Southern BBQ Coater is made up of a crunchy and smoky tomato BBQ base that’s topped off with a warm and peppery heat to create a truly tantalising flavour.

Directions of Use: Rub glaze into your meat thoroughly and leave to marinate for a minimum of 15 minutes before cooking. Use at 8-10% and oven bake, BBQ, grill or stir fry. Cook thoroughly before consumption.
