Tikka Masala is a worldwide classic flavour. MRC’s take on the favourite has vibrant tomato and garlic notes with cumin and cayenne to give the glaze its infamous mild heat.

Directions of Use: Rub glaze into your meat thoroughly and leave to marinate for a minimum of 15 minutes before cooking. Use at 8-10% and oven bake, BBQ, grill or stir fry. Cook thoroughly before consumption. 

Ingredients: Sugar, Modified Starch, Salt, Starch, Spices (Cumin (2.5%), Cayenne (2.5%), Coriander, Ginger, Cardamom, Black Pepper, Turmeric), Dried Tomato (5%), Dried Onion, Dried Garlic (4%), Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Salt), Natural Flavourings, Dried Coriander Leaf, Colour (Paprika Extract & Natural Rosemary Flavouring), Acid (Citric Acid).
