No 4 Black Fibrous Black Pudding Casing Cut, Clipped & Looped- 50cm Pieces
Size 4 Black fibrous casings are ideal for making black pudding. Using this fibrous casing will give your product a tight and polished appearance. The stuffed diameter of this casing is approximately 80mm.
The fibrous will also make the end product very easy to slice and hang which is suitable for any butchers counter.
Each piece is 50 cm long, pre-clipped and looped allowing the Product to be hung easily if required.
Size 4 fibrous each piece will make 4lbs of black pudding (1.81Kg)
Also available - Size 2.5 fibrous each piece will make approximately 3lbs of black pudding (1.36Kg)
