Old Dubliner Seasoning
Our Old Dubliner Seasoning is a traditional Irish sausage mix with a nice peppery heat. A blend of peppers, ginger and nutmeg gives a smooth and tasty traditional sausage.
Features:

- 2.5% usage rate
- For every 1kg of seasoning, 40kg of sausage is produced
Ingredients: Salt, Wheat Flour, Spices, Dextrose, Preservative E223 (Sodium Metabisulphite), Herbs, Antioxidant E301, Colour E120.
Allergens: Wheat, Gluten, Sulphites
