With a subtle blend with a hint of sage, this Pork and Sage Sausage Seasoning is perfect for a traditional sausage with a small yet effective twist.
Features:
- 2.5% usage rate
- For every 1kg of seasoning, 40kg of sausage is produced
Ingredients: Salt, Wheat Flour, Dextrose, Herbs and Herb Extract, Preservative E223 (Sodium Metabisulphite), Spice and Spice Extract, Flavour Enhancer E621.
Allergens: Wheat, Gluten, Sulphites
