Pork Pie Seasoning; for the perfect pork pie! Easy and simple seasonings to use, with great flavour!
Features:
- Supplied in quantities of 500g, 5kg or 20kg
- Just add meat, water & rusk
Butchers Sundries Recommended for 250g of seasoning:

| Belly Pork | 3kg |
| Water | 1kg |
| Rusk | 750g |
| Pork Pie Seasoning | 250g |
Method:
- Coarse mincemeats
- Place meats in a mixer bowl, add pork pie seasoning and rusk. Mix to disperse well
- Add water and mix until the desired texture is achieved
- Fill into pie shell as required
- The pies should be cooled before gelling
- The pies can be glazed before or after cooking
Baking:
- The pies should be baked at 400F (205
C) to an internal temperature of 160F(70) - The pies should be cooled before gelling
- The pies can be glazed before or after cooking
