Our Poultry Burger Mix ensures that you create flavoursome chicken burgers every time! Although it is perfect for burgers, this mix could also be used to create chicken grill steaks or meatballs; the possibilities are endless.

- Each 340g sachet will make 10lb of burgers
Ingredients: Rusk (Fortified Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron Niacin, Thiamine)) Salt, Raising Agent E503(ii)), Salt, Dextrose, Tapioca Starch, Spices (White Pepper, Fennel), Onion Powder, Preservative E221, Herbs (Sage, Bay, Thyme, Oregano), Yeast Extract, Garlic Powder, Antioxidant E301, Herb Extract.
Allergens: Wheat, Gluten, Sulphites
