Premium Burger Mix
A tasty versatile and easy to use Burger and Grillstick complete mix, with subtle notes of herb and cracked black pepper. This mix is supplied in a re-sealable 2.5kg tub allowing you to use little an often but keeping the product fresher for longer.
Features:
- Minimum preparation of only 15 minutes
- No artificial colours and flavours
- No hydrogenated vegetable fat
- Approx 25 x 100g portions per 2.5kg tub
Instructions:
- Place your chosen meat or poultry in a bowl
- Add 100g of Premium Burger Mix, if required add 150mls of cold water per 1 kilo of minced meat or poultry
- Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and re-mince if required. 4. Form into desired shape
