- Pre-mix of seasoning and rusk
- Supplied in a vacuum-sealed oxygen-permeable food grade vacuum pouch
- No artificial colours, additives, or flavours
Instructions:
- Coarse mince meats
- Mix meat, burger mix and water thoroughly
- Form burgers on a suitable machine
Ingredients: Rusk (Wheat Flour, Salt, Raising Agent E503) Salt, Spices, Wheat Flour, Caster Sugar, Dehydrated Onion, Dehydrated Garlic, Preservative E223 (Sodium Metabisulphite) Dehydrated Peppers, Anti-Oxidant E301, Colour E120.
