- 12.5% usage rate
- Each 568g sachet will produce 10lb of sausage
Instructions:
- Add the contents of the bag to 3.225kg of meat
- Mix well
- Add 747g of water
- Mix again
- Fill the mixture into casings
Ingredients: Rusk, Salt, Spices, Wheat Flour, Herbs, Preservative E223 (Sodium Metabisulphite), Antioxidant E301
