Our Chinese Salt & Pepper Marinade is of a delicious, distinctive flavour. of a nearly transparent but light consistency and has a combination of onion, chilli, and garlic flecks to create a delicious tasting marinade with a kick of warmth for that added burst of flavour. Perfect served with poultry, lamb, beef, or pork for a wonderful tasting meal.
