This Rooster’s Lemon & Herb Piri Piri Marinade is a delicious mix of zesty citrus flavours with herby notes creating a sharp flavour with mild spice.

Usage:
- 2 parts powder
- 3 parts water
- 1 part oil
Coat/brush onto cooked chicken during the grilling process, for extra flavour
Ingredients: Wheat Flour (Wheat, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sugar, Salt, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Onion Powder, Modified Maize Starch, Lemon Flavourings (1.95%), Dried Rubbed Parsley (1.1%), Soya Lecithin Powder, Dried Oregano (0.5%), Dried Cut Thyme (0.35%), Ground Turmeric, Rapeseed Oil
