This Rooster’s Piri Piri Hot Marinade can also be used as a baste and is made up of a mix of spices and chilli creating a brilliant punchy kick of heat.

Usage:
- 2 parts powder
- 3 parts water
- 1 part oil
Coat/brush onto cooked chicken during the grilling process, for extra flavour
Ingredients: Wheat Flour (Wheat, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt, Sugar, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Garlic Powder, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Crushed Chillies, Onion Powder, Chilli Powder, Modified Maize Starch, Ground Turmeric, Soya Lecithin Powder, Flavouring (Capsicum Extract, Rapeseed Oil, Lemon Oil), Paprika Extract
