This Rooster’s Piri Piri Hot Marinade can also be used as a baste and is made up of a mix of spices and chilli creating a brilliant punchy kick of heat.

Usage:
- 2 parts powder
- 3 parts water
- 1 part oil
Coat/brush onto cooked chicken during the grilling process, for extra flavour

Just like the restaurants
I never do reviews but this marinade was so good. It comes powdered and you mix it to make the marinade. So the 2kg box that you get lasts forever. i used mine on a barbecue.
Very 9ice taste
Comes in a plastic bag inside the tub.
The bag doesn't have a seal or anything.
The marinade is really nice.
