This Rooster's Southern Fry Gravy is a deliciously rich gravy with a peppery flavouring. This gravy is brilliant paired with all cuts of chicken and can be used as both a pouring and dipping sauce.

Ingredients: Maize Starch, Rice Flour, Salt, Maltodextrin, Palm Oil, Flavour Enhancers (E621, E635), Onion Powder, Flavouring, Sugar, Ground White Pepper, Ground Black Pepper, Colour (Caramel Powder), Rapeseed Oil, Garlic Powder, Natural Flavouring (Salt, Sage Extract), Coarse Black Pepper

Allergens: No declarable allergens

Usage Instructions:

• 100gm Gravy Mix
• 1 Litre Cold Water
• 10gm Vegetable Oil

Blend required amount of gravy mix and oil with sufficient cold water to form a smooth paste. Place the remaining water into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add paste to the boiling water and whisk thoroughly. Return to the boil and simmer for 1 minute.

Storage: Store in cool, dry conditions and consume within 1 month after opening
