Our Spicy Grillstick and Burger Mix is a complete mix for making tasty Grillsticks and Burgers with subtle peppery notes combined with the flavours of cayenne, nutmeg, and onion. This mix is supplied in a re-sealable 2.5kg tub allowing you to use little and often but keeping the product fresher for longer.

Features:

• Minimum preparation of only 15 minutes
• No artificial colours and flavours
• No hydrogenated vegetable fat
• Suitable for vegetarians
• Approx 25 x 100g portions per 2.5kg tub

Instructions:

• Place your chosen meat or poultry in a bowl
• Add 100g of mix, if required add 150mls of cold water per 1 kilo of minced meat or poultry
• Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and re-mince if required
• Form into desired shape
