This 10L Sausage Stuffer is ideal for professional use in restaurants, farm shops and butchers shops. It has a two-gear option; one for reversing the piston and the other for pushing the batter to stop the sausage. This product is also supplied with four different filling tubes/nozzles (16, 22, 32 and 38mm) allowing you to select and change what size and style of sausage you want to make.
All of the parts that come into contact with the sausage are removable meaning that they can be put in the freezer for a few hours before the sausage stuffing; the horns, locking rings, containers and piston plate can all be removed or unscrewed. We would advise cutting your meat into 2-3cm cubes and running them in the meat grinder when they are half frozen as this helps to keep the temperature down.
The crank handle on our Vertical Sausage Stuffers can only be attached on one side. The cylinder/stuffing horn can be mounted in both directions meaning that it can be used from either the front or the back by both right and left-handed people.
