Our Blackcurrant Jam has been made to a classic recipe and with over 50% fruit content, this jam is packed with plenty of real blackcurrants to create a truly rich and savoury product. This product was judged at The Great Taste Awards with judges advising “A very flavourful blackcurrant jam, intensely fruity with extremely well-judged sugar content, lasting flavour and a very good texture. This has obviously been made with skill and care.”
Highly recommended for use with natural yoghurt if you’re looking for a sweet and fruity treat.

Ingredients: Blackcurrants (51%), Unrefined Raw Cane Sugar, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin. Prepared with 51g fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 67g per 100g.
Allergens: Fruit and Fruit Derivatives (Blackcurrants), Additives (Sulphur Dioxide, Citric Acid, Fruit Pectin).

Storage: Store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 6 weeks and by best before end date.
