Our Stokes Creamed Horseradish Sauce is a gentle and smooth sauce with a full flavour for you to enjoy. It is made with horseradish root and single cream. Tastes perfect when accompanied with roast beef or a dumpling mix and even stirred into Crème fraîche for a tasty dip. Available in a 2kg tub that is perfect for bulk users such as caterers, butchers, restaurants, delis, and more.

Ingredients: Horseradish Root (29%), Rapeseed Oil, Spirit Vinegar, Sugar, Free Range Pasteurised Whole Egg, Single Cream (4%) (Milk), Sea Salt, Mustard Flour, Stabiliser: Guar Gum, Xantham Gum.
Allergens: Eggs and products thereof (Free Range Pasteurised Whole Egg Powder), Milk and products thereof (including Lactose) (Single Cream), Mustard and products thereof (Mustard Flour), Vegetables and Vegetable Derivatives (Rapeseed Oil), Additives (E220, E412, E415).
Dietary Advice: Vegetarian, Gluten Free
Storage: Store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 21 days and by best before end date.
