Our Stokes Hot & Spicy BBQ Sauce is a sweet, smoke flavoured BBQ Sauce with red chillies. A fiery after flavour can be tasted due to the dash of chilli seeds within the sauce. It is perfect as a marinade to spice up your Hunters Chicken.

Ideal when served with burgers, ribs, or chicken wings at a Great British BBQ.

Ingredients: Tomato Puree (35%), Sugar and Cane Molasses (21%), Water, Spirit Vinegar, Honey (5%), Black Treacle, Rapeseed Oil, Seasoning (2%) (Salt, Sugar, Smoke Powder (Smoke Flavouring), Honey Powder, Tomato Powder, Thickener: Modified Maize Starch, Natural Flavouring Extracts, Smoke Flavouring, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Spices, Barley Malt Extract, Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum), Worcestershire Sauce (Malt Vinegar (from Barley), Spirit Vinegar, Molasses, Sugar, Salt, Anchovies (Fish), Tamarind Extract, Onions, Garlic, Spice, Flavourings), Red Chilli (2%), Thickener: Modified Maize Starch, Garlic Puree, Smoked Paprika, Preservative; Sorbic Acid.

Allergens: Gluten (Malt Extract, however, contains <3ppm gluten so declarable as ‘Gluten Free’.
