Our Stokes Real Brown Sauce a staple sauce in your kitchen to coincide with the classic English breakfast. This sauce is rich in date puree (9%) and is made with black treacle to ensure a great flavour. Available in a 2kg tub that is perfect for bulk users such as caterers, butchers, restaurants, delis, and more.

Ideal alongside all of our breakfast favourites like sausage or bacon, but also a great way to spice up your Bolognese sauce recipes.

Ingredients: Malt Vinegar (from Barley), Unrefined Raw Cane Sugar, Tomato Puree, Date Purée (9%) (Dates, Water), Black Treacle (8%), Cornflour, Seasoning (Coriander, Ginger, Clove, Cinnamon, Pepper, Cayenne Pepper), Sea Salt, Preservative: Sorbic Acid.

Allergens: Barley (Malt Vinegar is derived from barley. Level of gluten <20ppm and is declarable as ‘Gluten Free’), Maize and Maize Derivatives (Cornflour), Fruit and Fruit Derivatives (Tomatoes, Dates), Vegetables and Vegetable Derivatives (Cornflour), Additives (Sorbic Acid, Sulphur Dioxide), Preservatives (Sorbic Acid).

Storage: Store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 21 days and by best before end date.
