Our Stokes Red Onion Marmalade is a red onion relish that has been made with sticky black treacle and rich balsamic vinegar to create a deliciously sweet sauce. It pairs perfectly with cheese, cold meats, and charcuterie platters.

Ingredients: Red Onion (50%), Sugar and Cane Molasses (30%), Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (10%) (Red Wine Vinegar, Grape Must), Red Wine Vinegar, Black Treacle, Sea Salt, Preservative: Sorbic Acid, Spice.
Allergens: Fruit and Fruit Derivatives (Red Wine Vinegar, Grape Must in Balsamic Vinegar), Vegetables and Vegetable Derivatives (Red Onions), Additives (E220, E200), Preservatives (E200).

Storage: Store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 6 weeks and by best before end date.
