Our Stokes Sweet Chilli Sauce is made from both red chillies and red peppers to create a sweet taste. It is ideal to use as a glaze, marinade or a dip and we love it when added to oriental stir-fries.

Ingredients: Sugar (46%), Water, Spirit Vinegar, Red Chillies (5%), Thickener: Modified Maize Starch, Dried Red Peppers (1.5%), Red Chilli Purée (1%) (Red Chilli, White Wine Vinegar, Sunflower Oil, Sea Salt, Stabiliser: Guar Gum), Onion, Sea Salt, Tomato Puree, Garlic Powder, Preservative: Sorbic Acid.

Allergens: Maize and Maize Derivatives (Modified Maize Starch), Fruit and Fruit Derivatives (Tomato Puree), Vegetables and Vegetable Derivatives (Red Pepper, Chillies, Onion, Garlic), Additives (Sorbic Acid, Guar Gum in Chilli Puree, Modified Maize Starch, Sulphur Dioxide), Preservatives (Sorbic Acid).

Storage: Store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 6 weeks and by best before end date.
