Superbloom Pork Tinted Sausage Seasoning

Our Superbloom Pork Tinted Seasoning is a light-coloured, strongly flavoured seasoning with nutmeg, mace, coriander, marjoram, and ginger. With instructions provided below, this seasoning is ready to provide you with a fantastic tasting sausage.

Instructions:

Mixer

  • Mince the meat and place in a mixing bowl
  • Add seasoning and mix well to evenly distribute
  • Add rusk and mix to evenly distribute
  • Gradually add iced cold water and mix
  • Re-mince through a 5 or 8mm plate to achieve your desired texture 
  • Note: Mincing the meat through a coarser plate will result in a coarser textured sausage. Temperature after processing should not exceed 5o You can use different sizes of rusk to control the final texture of the product.

Bowl Chopper

  • Dice the meat and put into the bowl cutter 
  • On a slow speed, sprinkle on seasoning and chop until it has dispersed 
  • Gradually add half of the iced cold water and chop until absorbed (if you’re looking to create a finer textured sausage, you can complete this step on a high speed) 
  • On a slow speed add the rusk and the remainder of the water. Chop until the desired texture has been achieved 

Ingredients: Salt (40-50%), Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin) (20-30%), Stabiliser (E451) (5-10%), Dextrose (5-10%), Preservative (E221) (2-5%), Spice (Pepper) (<2%), Antioxidant (E300) (<2%), Flavourings (<2%), Spice Extracts (<2%), Colour (E120) (<2%), Herb Extract (<2%), Anticaking Agent (E551) (<2%), Propylene Glycol (<2%)
