Recipe from the Creator:
Make it traditional by frying 400g of diced chicken breast with a little vegetable or sesame oil over medium heat until cooked through. Add the sweet and sour sauce and continue to cook until piping hot. Serve with egg-fried rice or noodles.
Make it vegan by frying 300-400g of diced tofu and oyster mushrooms with a little vegetable or sesame oil over medium heat until cooked through. Add the sweet and sour sauce and continue to cook until piping hot. Serve with fried rice or noodles.
Ingredients: Pineapple Juice (from concentrate), Rice Vinegar (8%), Sugar, Onions, Bamboo Shoots, Tomato Paste, Red and Green Peppers, Cornflour, Garlic, Ginger, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Szechuan Pepper (0.7%)
