Traditional Scottish Lorne (Square) Sausage Mix - 1.25kg
Our Scottish Lorne mix is a real traditional flavour in Scotland, made to produce a square sausage for easy slicing. All of our mixes are of high quality and are a special blend unique to Butchers Sundries, flavoured with nutmeg, pepper and coriander. All instructions are printed onto the packaging and a BRC certificate can be provided if needed.

- Supplied in 1.25kg in a vacuum-sealed vacuum pouch
- Each 1.25kg mix will produce 10kg of sausage
- 12.5% usage rate
- Usage:
- 1.25kg mix 12.5%,
- 1.25kg iced water 12.5%,
- 7.5kg meat 75%
Ingredients: Bread Crumb (Wheat Flour, Salt, Yeast), Salt, Wheat Flour, Spices, Caster Sugar, Preservative E223 (Sodium Metabisulphite).
