Ingredients: Wheat Flour (with Calcium, Iron, Niacin and Thiamine), Palm Oil, Madras Curry Powder, Turmeric, Coriander, Mustard Powder, Onion Powder, Chilli Powder, Cumin, Black Pepper, Fenugreek, Salt, Garlic Powder, Salt, Flavour Enhancer E621, Extract of Onion, Ginger, Garlic and Spices, Star Anise, Dried Chillies, Bay Leaves. May Contain Nuts.

Create your own homemade Beef or Chicken authentic Chinese Curry with these simple and easy steps;
1. Combine the full packet contents with 1 pint of water and place on the cooker hob on maximum heat.
2. Frequently stir the mix to avoid sticking against the pan and bring the mixture to the boil.
3. Once the mixture has thickened, take off the boil and pour/use as desired.
If a smaller portion is preferred, use 45g or half of the mixture and mix with 1/2 pint of water. Store the rest of the Product in an airtight container or sealed with a food peg, in the fridge.

Best chinese packet curry on the market and I've tried loads! Half a packet makes two massive plates of curry like in picture. I use 2 chicken breasts, 1 chopped onion, and a mix of chopped green, yellow and red peppers. Not 3 full peppers, about a third of each pepper, then freeze the rest for the next Yeongs curry! Makes an amazing beef curry too. I slow cook chopped up beef ham for 2 to 3 hrs first, it melts in your mouth once added to curry! Life would not be the same without this AMAZING curry sauce, I cannot recommend it enough!😀
