A concentrated gravy sauce mix which is powdery in appearance in its dried form, it has an aniseed type flavour.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour (with Calcium, Iron, Niacin and Thiamine), Palm Oil, Potato Starch, Salt, Sugar, Flavour Enhancer E621, Colour Caramel E150c, Extract of Onion, Bay Leaves, Star Anise and Garlic
Allergens: Wheat, Gluten
Create your own homemade Chinese style Gravy with these simple and easy steps;
1. Pour the full contents in to a saucepan and add in a pint of cold water.
2. Frequently stir the mix with a whisk to avoid sticking against the pan.
3. Once mixture has reached desired thickness, take off the hob and pour/use as desired.
Packed in metalised polypropylene bags.
Store in a cool dry place.
